The Consortium proposed to work with Pace University Center for Environmental Legal Studies and others, to introduce legal concepts and the COPx networking platform in three successive events, culminating in the Climate Conference of the Parties (COP) 30 in November 2025 in Brazil. The format would be the same, with different audiences and some different speakers.

The Consortium shall do so through research, preparing policy proposals, sharing knowledge about ecological law, cooperating with UN bodies government and non-governmental entities, and engaging with other stakeholders for impactful actions.
